Gate Remotes and Committee Nominations

9/29/11

On Saturdays, October 8, 15 and 22 from 12-2 the Board of Directors will be handing out gate
remotes at the model gates. Each unit will be provided with one remote, and additional remotes can be purchased for $30. Please bring a photo ID. If you are a non-Homeowner Resident (tenant) you will need to contact the Homeowner (your landlord) to obtain a remote.

Additionally, the Board is pleased to announce the formation of two committees - the Appearance and Community committees. These committees are intended to give homeowners a chance to influence the neighborhood without having to serve on the Board. Each of these committees will be made up of 4 homeowners, each to serve a 1 year term.

The Appearance Committee will handle the Architectural Review process, draft a landscaping
plan and advise the Board on neighborhood rules and regulations.

The Community Committee will plan the Annual Meeting (which, going forward, the Board
of Directors hopes to make a neighborhood barbecue), plan social events (yard sales, etc) and advise the Board on resident communication.
