Architectural Review Request and Exterior Changes to Units

Homeowners are reminded that ALL EXTERIOR CHANGES to units in Anderson Pointe Park must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Homeowners wishing to make changes should submit a fully completed Architectural Review Form to Dan at CAS BEFORE any changes are made.

Any homeowner who makes exterior changes to their home, including (but not limited to) plantings, patio extensions, installation of storm doors/lights, etc BEFORE OR WITHOUT approval from the Architectural Review Committee will be in violation of this requirement, and may have action taken against them by the Board.

This requirement is designed to provide for a common theme throughout the neighborhood. While the Board encourages residents to personalize their homes, please make sure you follow the proper procedures.
