The installation will be planted in the fall to coincide with peak planting seasons, and will cost the Association $8511 (additionally, there is a semi-annual charge of $1240 to maintain the bed).

The sound barrier along Hwy 64 will consist of 3-gallon Eastern Red Cedars and Loblolly Pines planted along the crest of the hill. The cost for this installation is $5419.

The cost for the entire project is $13,930 (not including the semi-annual maintenance charge). Click here (pdf.png) to view the proposal that Bland submitted. Any questions regarding this installation can be directed to the Board or to Dan Quartermane at CAS.
