As you may have noticed, we have begun installing security gates. The process is well under way and should be completed by the end of June.

These gates have two purposes: 1) to restrict entrance to the parking lot to only those who live in Anderson Pointe Park; and 2) to increase property values and resellability of each unit.

Entrance will be controlled by remote, and each resident will be issued one remote at no additional charge to themselves. Additional remotes will need to be purchased by the homeowner from CAS; price and other details will follow soon.

Additionally, the Board has approved the hire of a new landscaper, Bland Landscaping. They will assume responsibility for the neighborhood on July 1, 2011.
